The hotel was convenient, but the location felt a bit shady with strange characters from the nearby Denny's parking lot. The service was a mix of nice and incompetent encounters. The dining experience left much to be desired with many people lingering in the parking lot.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the room was available when needed, I was shocked to find out about the undercover sting operation targeting drug dealers. The location behind the pool was quiet, but it was unsettling knowing the recent events in the area.
I found the hotel in a really bad location, close to a noisy retail center and in an area that made me feel unsafe. However, the rooms were beyond dirty and in poor condition, with a strong smell of cigarettes. The service was remarkably terrible, with staff who were rude and unhelpful. The dining experience was subpar, and the facilities were lacking.
